Last updated · 12 October 2026

The short version
  • I only receive your data if you contact me, and only to reply.
  • Visits are counted with Umami, without cookies and without following you to other sites.
  • Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
  • You can ask to see or delete your data at any time.

When you contact me

If you email me or send a WhatsApp message, I use your name, contact details and what you write only to answer you and plan the consultation. Messages stay in my mailbox or WhatsApp only as long as needed. There is no contact form on this site.

Who I am

What I collect and why

When you contact me. If you email or message me, I receive your name, contact details and your message. I use these only to reply and, if we decide to work together, to deliver the service. Legal basis: your consent, steps taken before a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering you.

The "Is it worth automating?" check. It runs in your browser and your answers are not saved anywhere. I only receive them if you choose to email them to me, and then they are handled like any other email.

Website analytics. I use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and does not track you across other websites. I only see anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views and country. Under the audience-measurement exemption no cookie-consent banner is required for this.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or marketing cookies.

Sharing

I do not sell or share your data. A few technical providers help run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Umami (cookieless analytics) and my email provider. If you choose to contact me via WhatsApp, that runs on Meta's infrastructure under their terms. When you book a consultation, Cal.com receives your name, email and the time you choose, to schedule it. A small automation (n8n) then copies those booking details and your answers to the booking questions into my private lead list (Google Sheets), so I can prepare for the call.

How long I keep it

I keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your request or our work together, and delete it afterwards.
