- Price and timing
- An AI agent or chatbot costs from €1,900, excl. VAT, and takes about two weeks to build, including testing with you.
- Does it speak Dutch?
- Yes. It answers in Dutch, English or the language your customer writes in.
- Will customers know it is AI?
- Yes. It says it is AI, as the EU AI Act requires, and hands over to a person when needed.
- Running costs
- Usually €20 to €80 a month, on your own account. AI is paid per use, and I choose the AI model that fits your task and budget, so the cost can vary. You set a monthly limit.
- After launch
- Free bug fixes and small adjustments for the first 30 days. After that, Ongoing support or a fixed price per change.
