After launch, something always comes up, like a question, a change or a new tool. You get one person who knows your setup, keeps it running and helps with your tech and AI questions.
Before Something stops working on Friday afternoon. Nobody knows who built it or who to call, so it waits until Monday.
After You send one message. I already know your setup, so I look at it the same day and tell you what caused it.

Price, timing and what to expect.
- Price
- Ongoing support costs from €150 a month, excl. VAT, and you can stop anytime.
- Response time
- I reply within one working day. If something stops working, I look at it the same working day. Weekends are possible at a weekend rate.
- To get started
- Tell me which tools you use. We sign a data agreement (GDPR) and set up access together.
- Good to know
- Support is remote. Time at your office is booked in half days, with no travel cost in Amstelveen, Amsterdam and nearby towns. Farther away, travel time is added. Bigger projects get their own price first.
