All prices are without VAT.

In agreed parts. Usually 30% up front to reserve my time, and the rest when it is done and working on your side. Larger projects can be split into more parts.

You get a price for the addition first. Nothing is added to the bill without your yes.

The tool and the code are 100% yours after the final payment. I stay your contact for whatever you want to add or change.

The free consultation is where we find the problem: we look at one task together and see if AI or automation is the right fix at all. If it is, you get a proposal with a fixed price. The AI audit is optional, for when you want to go deep: we go through your workflows in depth, and you get a written plan with a price for each part.

A small automation takes about a week. An AI agent or application takes two weeks or more, including testing with you. You get an expected date in the proposal.

About 45 minutes for the consultation, then a few short check-ins while I build. I need one contact person on your side and access to your tools.

It depends on the task. Automation handles steps that are the same every time. AI reads emails and documents, makes clearly defined decisions and drafts replies. You decide what runs fully automated and what it checks with you first.

Yes, and I encourage you to try. A simple automation is a good start. What takes time are the special cases, the testing and fixing it when something breaks, and that is where I help. If you have already built something, I am happy to give it a second look.

Yes, in most cases. Most email, spreadsheet, planning and bookkeeping tools can connect to other software, like Outlook, Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Exact Online and Moneybird. If yours cannot, there is usually another way, like email or an export. I will let you know before we start.

I work in English. You can write to me in Dutch, and everything I build for your team or customers can be in Dutch.

Your tool keeps running as it is. For changes or fixes, you choose: a fixed price per change, or Ongoing support.

Yes, and I would like to. Most tools grow once your team starts using them. Ongoing support keeps everything running, and when there is more to do, we agree on more time each month.

Everything runs on standard tools, on your accounts, with a short handover note. Another developer can take over without starting again.

Mistakes are caught early: you decide which steps need your approval, and every step is logged. If something still breaks, just let me know, and I will fix it promptly.
