Price, timing and what to expect.
- Price and timing
- A custom web app costs from €3,500, excl. VAT, and takes from 2 weeks to build. A native mobile app for iPhone or Android takes longer, because of the app store review. You get one fixed price and a timeline in writing before work starts. If an app saves your team 5 hours a week, at €40 an hour it pays for itself in about 4 months.
- Running costs
- Hosting with a database, usually €20 to €50 a month, based on users and data.
- After launch
- It runs on your own accounts, and the code is yours after the final payment. You get backups, error alerts and a walkthrough for your team. Bug fixes and small adjustments are free for the first 30 days. After that, Ongoing support or a fixed price per change.
